Backpacks Full of Hope: Help 300+ Kids Start School Right
Join our Back-to-School Drive with Leduc Food Bank and Reach One Foundation
Education Shouldn’t Be a Luxury
Back-to-school should be a time of excitement and possibility. But for families facing food insecurity or financial hardship, it can feel overwhelming.
- A full backpack can cost over $60 per child
- Many families have to choose between groceries and school supplies
- Students without supplies are more likely to fall behind and struggle academically
That’s why we’re stepping in-because education is a right, not a privilege.
By sponsoring, donating, or supporting our fundraiser, you’re not just giving a child a pencil or a backpack —you’re giving them confidence, dignity, and hope.
Back-to-School, Full of Hope: Support Children in Need
Helping 300+ Kids in Our Community Start the School Year Right
Imagine walking into your first day of school without a backpack, notebooks, or even a pencil.
For over 300 children in Leduc and surrounding areas, this is a harsh reality.
This back-to-school season, we’re partnering with the Leduc Food Bank to change that. The REACH One Foundation is hosting a Charity Fundraiser to provide essential school supplies to children in need- because every child deserves a confident start to their school year.
With your help, we can make sure that no child is left behind.

Meet the Heart Behind the Mission
This initiative is powered by Reach One Foundation, a local not for profit committed to helping children and families in Leduc thrive. We believe every act of generosity counts and that, together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate community.
By collaborating with the Leduc Food Bank, we ensure that the help we provide reaches those who need it most.
Together, we’re not just giving school supplies-we’re equipping children for success and giving families hope during challenging times.
What’s in a Backpack?
Each child receives:
- A durable backpack
- Notebooks and loose-leaf paper
- Pencils, pens, erasers, and highlighters
- Glue sticks, scissors, and rulers
- Lunch kits and water bottles
- Age-appropriate extras like geometry sets or calculators
Our goal is to fill every backpack with dignity and care, ensuring each student feels prepared and confident on their first day.
